What is the age requirement to live at Park Glenview?

Residents must be 62 years or older to qualify.

Do you have two-bedroom apartments?

No, we offer only one-bedroom apartments—ideal for simplified, comfortable living.

How many floor plans do you offer?

We offer three unique one-bedroom floor plans to suit different needs and preferences.

Do the apartments have private decks?

No, the apartments do not have individual decks. However, residents can enjoy our shared community deck on the second floor overlooking the Oakland Hills and a beautifully maintained courtyard.

How many apartments are in the community?

Park Glenview consists of 84 one-bedroom units.

Is there extra storage available?

No, we do not provide additional storage beyond what is included in each apartment.

Is parking available?

Yes, we offer limited parking in a secure garage. Parking is available for an additional $100 per month.

Are utilities included in the rent?

There is a $50 monthly utility surcharge that covers water and garbage. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying their own PG&E (electricity) account.

Is there an application fee?

A $35 non-refundable application screening fee per applicant is required. The fee is used to cover the cost of credit and background screening and does not exceed the amount allowed under California law.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Park Glenview
